RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR | FULL-TIME
We are looking for the next hospo superstar to join our fun and ambitious team!
This is what we are looking for:
Key Areas of Responsibility
Conduct and take ownership of the daily running of the restaurant
Offer impeccable customer service
Ensure periodic targets are achieved in areas of sales, profit and staff management
Develop the team through coaching and training
Enforce highest service and hygiene standards
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent people and communication skills with both staff and customer
Professional and immaculate presentation
Contemporary knowledge of food and restaurant trends
High attention to detail but at the same time see the big picture
Lead by example
Good sense of humor
Korean speakers preferred.
Working hours are Tuesday to Saturdays, dinner only, but will change as government restrictions are lifted.
MUST have full-time working rights in Australia
